These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2tag.in platform and services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by Shri RC Utilities Pvt. Ltd. ("SRCU", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity and that such entity accepts these Terms.

The 2tag.in Platform is currently in public preview. Accordingly:

All features and access are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis

No guarantees, warranties, or SLAs are offered for standard (non-enterprise) users

Features may change, break, or be removed without notice

We reserve the right to deny access, throttle usage, or revoke any feature at our sole discretion

For enterprise accounts under a separate written agreement, certain performance commitments (e.g., SLAs, uptime, support response) may apply.

You agree to:

Use the Platform only in accordance with applicable laws

Maintain confidentiality and control over your account credentials

Not misrepresent the source of traffic or use the Platform for any fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful activity

Respect the intellectual property and data rights of others

You are solely responsible for all content, links, campaigns, and activities conducted using your account.

You must not:

Use the Platform to generate, track, or distribute harmful, violent, misleading, or illegal content

Bypass platform controls, abuse APIs, or attempt to reverse-engineer functionality

Resell or white-label 2tag.in services without prior written authorization

Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Platform

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, algorithms, analytics engines, and custom configurations, remain the exclusive property of SRCU.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform without express written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions provided by you may be used by us without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein.

You retain ownership of your customer data and content, but grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

We do not disclose proprietary infrastructure details, platform internals, or trade-secret-level design, unless required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRCU disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantee that the Platform will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your performance expectations unless you are on an enterprise contract explicitly stating such guarantees.

You acknowledge that use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRCU and its officers, affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages

Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Any system errors, data inaccuracies, service outages, or third-party conduct

Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you to us for the use of the Platform in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SRCU from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Platform

Your breach of these Terms

Your violation of applicable law

Any content or data submitted through your account

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, part, or all of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, public APIs, analytics endpoints, dashboards, SDKs, and redirects.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

You may terminate your account at any time by written request.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (including deletion of your account or links) at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Enterprise accounts will be governed by the respective service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

You waive all rights to trial by jury or participation in class action proceedings.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet failures, regulatory actions, natural disasters).

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without restriction.

These Terms apply universally unless you have entered into a separately executed, written enterprise agreement with us. In such case, that agreement shall prevail in case of conflict but shall not override sections related to:

• Intellectual property

• Acceptable use

• Legal jurisdiction (unless negotiated)

Enterprise customers may negotiate SLAs, escalation paths, onboarding support, and data residency policies.
