This Refund Policy ("Policy") is issued by Shri RC Utilities Pvt. Ltd. ("SRCU", "we", "our", or "us"), the sole owner and operator of 2tag.in ("Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

This Policy applies universally to all users, including but not limited to standard, paid, freemium, and enterprise-tier accounts unless superseded by a separately executed written agreement.

All purchases made on or through 2tag.in are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to: credit-based usage packages, prepaid subscriptions, auto-renewing plans, enterprise onboarding or integration fees, and promotional or discounted offerings.

By completing a transaction, you confirm that you understand this policy and voluntarily waive any right to seek a refund, rebate, or credit reversal through the Platform, your payment provider, or any third-party dispute resolution mechanism.

The Platform is currently in a public preview phase and is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis.

No warranties of uptime, performance, continuity, or feature availability are made.

No refunds or service credits will be issued for disruptions, bugs, or inconsistencies.

You acknowledge the non-final and non-commercial nature of this release.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply only to enterprise clients under separate written contracts.

SRCU reserves the absolute right to suspend, disable, or terminate any user account and permanently discard associated credits or balances under any of the following circumstances:

- Violation of our Terms of Service or applicable law.

- Evidence or suspicion of abuse, fraud, phishing, or automation.

- Receipt of legal or regulatory inquiry related to your use of the Platform.

- Attempted circumvention of credit usage policies.

- Platform misuse or behavior outside of intended use cases.

In such cases, no refund will be processed and no credits will be recoverable, regardless of account history or transaction value.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SRCU constitutes a violation of this Policy.

We reserve the right to permanently suspend the account, share payment and usage history with the processor, and disqualify the user from future access to the Platform.

If a chargeback is deemed unjustified, the user remains liable for recovery costs, legal fees, and administrative expenses.

Failure to enforce this Policy at any time shall not be considered a waiver of our right to do so in the future.

All enforcement rights remain at the sole discretion of SRCU.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
